Das tolle Wetter mußte heute unbedingt ausgenutzt werden. Also habe ich mich auf den Weg gemacht und bin in unsere Markthalle gelaufen.
Passend zum Wetter hatte ich unbändigen Appetit auf was Frisches. Meine Männer sind heute unterwegs und somit gibt es etwas Feines, in dem niemand herumstochert und mäkelt, es sei zu grün, frisch, sauer oder gesund.
Ich denke, alle Mütter kennen den prüfenden Blick des Nachwuchses, der besagt: Grün = Ihgitt! 😉
Auf jeden Fall schnappte ich mir mein Körbchen und wanderte über unsere Brücke am See vorbei, durch die Altstadt in Richtung Markthalle. Das Tolle ist, die Markthalle hat täglich geöffnet und man kann sich kaum entscheiden, was man eigentich essen mag.
Zunächst gab es meinen obligatorischen, frisch gepressten Saft. Erdbeer, Banane, Orange, Apfel……lecker!
Gestärkt schlenderte ich am Käsestand vorbei, schnupperte an Blümchen, begutachtete den frischen Fisch und entschied mich letztendlich am Obststand für Erdbeeren, Avocado, Mango und Melone. Am Bäckerstand noch schnell leckere Vollkornkrusties gekauft und dann ging es gemütlich wieder zurück nach Hause. Natürlich nicht ohne noch schnell ein paar Blümchen für Euch zu fotografieren. Sind die Hortensien nicht toll?
Und soeben habe ich mein Abendessen verspeist. Es gab….TATA!!!!
MELONEN-AVOCADO SALAT.
Wer gern frische Salate mag, wird dieses Rezept lieben! Und es ist supereasy!
Hier zum nachmachen…, man braucht für zwei Personen:
- 1 große, reife Avocado
- Saft einer Zitrone
- 1 Honig- oder Kantalupemelone
Avocado schälen und in Spalten schneiden. Gut mit dem Zitronensaft beträufeln, damit die Avocado nicht braun wird. Melone ebenfalls schälen, entkernen und in Scheiben schneiden.
Für das Dressing folgende Zutaten glatt verrühren und abschmecken:
- 4 EL Himbeeressig
- Salz
- 1/2 TL Dijonsenf Walnussöl
- Zucker
- Pfeffer aus der Mühle.
Das Dressing auf die Avocado und Melonen träufeln und mit leckerem Brot genießen! Wer mag dekoriert das Ganze noch mit Walnüssen. LECKER!!!
