Ich bin nicht die Superbäckerin. Natürlich kann ich backen, aber das am liebsten ohne Rezept und wie beim Kochen gern frei nach Schnauze. Jede gute Bäckerin weiß, das kann ordentlich schiefgehen! Zugegeben, ist mir auch schon passiert! Doch morgen wäre das schlecht. Deshalb werde ich Euch heute der Welt einfachstes Bisquitrollen-Rezept verraten. Die kann man nach Belieben befüllen und gelingt immer! Ich habe sie bereits mit sämtlichen Beeren befüllt, mit Zitronenschaum und Marmelade und eine liebe Freundin mit NUTELLA. War mir etwas zu süß, aber die Kids haben es geliebt!
Morgen gibt es unsere Lieblingsvariante mit Sahne und Erdbeeren. Also wenn ihr noch keine Kuchenidee habt, dann hier das Rezept. Bis zum fertigen Kuchen braucht Ihr keine halbe Stunde! Versprochen.
REZEPT:
- 75 g Mehl
- 25 g Speisestärke
- 100 g Puderzucker
- 1 Prise Salz
- 4 Eier
- 1 Fläschchen RAMA Cremefine zum Schlagen
- Erdbeeren
- Spritzer Zitronensaft
Eier trennen und das Eiweiß steif schlagen. Eigelb mit Zucker und Salz schaumig schlagen. Zitronensaft dazugeben. Mehl und Stärke unterrühren. Zum Schluß den Eischnee unterheben.
Den fertigen, schaumigen Teig auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech locker ausstreichen und auf 180°C OH/UH auf mittlerer Schiene 10 Minuten backen. Der Teig kommt hoch und ist total fluffig. Er darf jedoch nicht dunkel werden.
In der Zwischenzeit die Sahne schlagen. Ich nehme Cremefine, da diese Sahne auch ohne Kühlung den ganzen Tag die Form behält. Auch im Sommer!
Erdbeeren waschen, putzen und würfeln.
Den fertigen Teig herausnehmen und sofort auf einem zweiten Backpapier stürzen. Das Backpapier vorsichtig abziehen. Den noch warmen Teig mit der Sahne bestreichen und mit den Erdbeeren betreuen und das Ganze sofort rollen. Mit Puderzucker bestreuen und sofort aufessen,..;)!
