Nachdem ich am Sonntag einen wirklichen Schreckmoment hatte, möchte ich mich am Liebsten in ein Schneckenhaus verkriechen. Einfach den Kopf und die Fühler einziehen und sich zurückziehen. Nichts hören und sehen und sich einfach selber leidtun! Der Schreck sitzt wirklich tief und die Versuchung einfach im Bett zu bleiben ist groß. Doch ich neige nicht zu solchen Verhaltensweisen. Ich versuche immer das Positive aus einer Sache herauszuziehen, und mich nicht einfach in eine Ecke zu verziehen. Das ist nicht mein Naturell.
Ich gebe zu, dass mir das oft auch schwerfällt, doch egal was kommt, es sind immer Menschen da, die mich halten, mir den Rücken stärken, zuhören und mir den verlorenen Mut ganz schnell wiedergegeben. Meist bin ich dann diejenige, die dann einen kleinen Witz über die missliche Lage macht.
Wie wir alle wissen, gibt es Tage, an denen mag einfach nicht die Sonne scheinen. Das Wetter ist trist, die Stimmung schlecht, man fühlt sich müde und schlapp und nichts und niemand kann es einem recht machen. Selbst das Telefonat mit der besten Freundin muntert einen nicht auf. Schlicht gesagt, alles ist doof!
An solchen Tagen hat man dennoch die Wahl. Entweder man zieht sich weiter in sich zurück und bleibt mit sich allein, traurig, müde und mürbe oder man rappelt sich auf und tut sich was Gutes. Was auch immer das sein mag, das ist bei jedem unterschiedlich. Der eine hört laut seine Lieblingsmusik, der andere nimmt ein Bad und trinkt dabei eine große Tasse Antisorgentee und zeigt so sich und der ganzen Welt, dass nicht alles ausweglos ist.
Frei nach dem Motto: Aufstehen, Kopf gerade halten und Krönchen richten!
Ich habe heute beschlossen, mir zunächst ein bisschen Farbe ins Gesicht zu zaubern. Schon ein Klecks getönte Tagescreme, Lipgloss und Wimperntusche machen aus einem blassen Trauerkloß ein ansehnliches Häufchen Elened. Dann einmal kräftig in den Spiegel grinsen und schon wird es besser.
Glaubt mir, nach einigen Versuchen klappt das. Wie lange das anhält, liegt an Eurem Gemüt und was ihr mit dem kleinen Lächeln anstellen möchtet, an Eurem Tatendrang. Schon allein die Tatsache, dass man grinsend vor dem Spiegel steht ist eine große Leistung und kostet Überwindung, die sich aber lohnt. Mir wurde schon oft gesagt: „Na siehste, nun lachste ja schon wieder!“
Man sollte nur aufpassen, dass man sich mit dem kleinen Lächelspa nicht selbst betrügt, denn manchmal ist auch Zeit für`s Weinen.
Damit ich nicht zu schnell den Kopf wieder hängen lasse, habe ich mich dazu eintschlossen, zur Unterstützung meinen weichen Poncho anzuziehen. Er hält mich kuschelig warm und gibt mir das Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Zuversicht. Und bevor es wieder zu melancholisch wird, lächle ich schnell noch mal in den Spiegel.
Bei der Lächelmedizin gilt nämlich: Viel hilft viel!
Und dabei fällt mir ausserdem auf, dass gerade ab 40, einen ein trauriges Gesicht besonders müde aussehen läßt. Und glaubt mir, darüber muß ich dann wirklich laut lachen!
Bis dann meine Familie kommt ist die Gewitterwolke ganz bestimmt verzogen. Ich kaufe mir jetzt ein großes Stück Kuchen zu meinem Nachmittagskaffe und genieße das Ganze ohne Reue und trübe Gedanken. Versprochen!
Was natürlich ebenfalls hervorragend hilft, ist der ganz normale Alltag. Denn der läßt kaum Zeit für Grübeleien. Bei mir jedenfalls nicht!

Schneckenhäuser und die Gründe sich darin verkriechen zu wollen kenne ich auch nur zu gut…aber das was starke Frauen ausmacht, ist sie nur kurz zu betrachten und dann zu sagen NEIN, DU bist NICHT mein Zuhause….und Kaffee und Kuchen, so richtig für die Hüften ( die haben starke Frauen eh nicht) sind fantastische Helfer und lachend siehst du aus wie 30….und das steht uns sowieso viel besser, auch wenn das andere Gesicht auch soooooo wichtig ist, aber nur temporär!!
