Wenn man schreibt, sind die Dinge schwarz auf weiß. Man sollte genau nachdenken, was man so zu Papier bringt. Es steht da! Man kann es nicht einfach wegwischen, wie ein gesagtes Wort. Geschriebene Worte sind stärker, intensiver und betändiger. Der Wortlaut bleibt erhalten. Man kann sich nicht rausreden. Kein: „… ich sagte, so glaube ich…!“ Es steht. Diese Worte sind jetzt weg. Stumm.
Natürlich stellt sich die Frage nach dem „Warum?“. Doch die läßt sich nicht beantworten. Jeder hat sie sich schon mindestens einmal im Leben gestellt. Jeder hat ein anderes „Warum?“. Jeder steht mit seinem Blickwinkel an einer anderen Stelle. Sieht Situationen anders. Daher ist es ja auch so schwierig zu bewerten, was Gerechtigkeit ist.
Und: Uns allen wird bewußt, dass Gesundheit keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Sie ist zerbrechlich. Sie will gepflegt werden und umsorgt sein. Ist sie angeschlagen, kann man sie oft nur schwer wieder beschwichtigen. Dafür braucht es Kraft und Konzentration. Konzentration auf die positiven Dinge des Lebens.
Was mich die gestrige Nachricht wieder einmal lehrt, ist dass man loslassen muß. Die Dinge, die einen belasten über Bord werfen muß. Dass man sich konzentrieren sollte, auf die Dinge die wesentlich sind und einem guttun.
